1. Information We Collect
We collect three categories of information through the Site.
a. Information You Provide
When you submit our contact form, sign up for a waitlist, or otherwise communicate with us through the Site, we collect the information you choose to provide. This typically includes your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you contact us by email, we collect your email address and the content of your communication.
b. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider (Google Firebase Hosting) automatically collects technical information necessary to deliver the Site, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, the pages you view, the date and time of your visit, and the referring page. This information is used for security, error logging, and basic operational analytics.
c. Cookies
The Site does not currently set marketing or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and site delivery. If we add analytics or other tracking technologies in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required by law, obtain your consent.

- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
We do not engage in fully automated decision-making that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you through the Site.

b. Legal Requirements
We may share information when required by law, in response to a valid legal request (such as a subpoena or court order), to enforce our rights or agreements, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Consequential Flowers, our users, or the public.
c. Business Transfers
If Consequential Flowers is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to standard confidentiality protections.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Privacy Rights Act.
